These public-facing terms are a concise early-access placeholder for GPSEWA merchants and developers. Final commercial terms should be issued by the GPSEWA business and legal team.

Signup and live mode

GPSEWA payment integration can start free of charge, while live-mode enablement and paid modules may require merchant review.

Platform role

GPSEWA provides payment integration, billing, invoicing, reporting, and merchant operations software for Nepali businesses.

No custody or banking claim

GPSEWA does not take custody of customer funds and does not claim to be a licensed bank or regulated financial institution through this public website.

Developer responsibility

Merchants must verify GPSEWA webhook signatures on their own server before fulfilling orders.

Backend-only actions

Provider calls, secret handling, ticket exchange, and payment verification must remain backend-only.
